Hi guys,

My parking senses have stopped working on my 54 reg Freelander, took it into my local land rover garage and they want £437 to fit a new O/S/R sensor (one out of the four)!!! Obviously I did not get the work done, does anyone know where I can get hold of a sensor and how easy are they to fit???

sat is the only free day I have so gonna drive up to bridwater
 
universal sensor kits are only around £30 on ebay. Get yerself one of them. They are a doddle to fit.

Stealers is having a laugh, the entire rear kit is £480 inc VAT and the entire front kit is about £280 inc VAT.

Having said that they may have been charing you £120/hour labour cost.
