Hey i was wondering wot kind of parabolic springs to get on the back of my series 3 109. I was looking on Rocky Mountain Parabolic Suspension and saw you could have 2 leaf on the front and 3 or 4 leaf on the back im not to sure which ones to have on the back as i wont it to go off road and have the hard top on. Im confused on which ones would be better? Also whick shock absorbers should i get with it aswell?

Cheers Tom

Phone the UK number. I think the chaps name was Martin. Tell him what you want to use the landy for and he will advise you what you need. I said a bit of greenlaning and the odd pay and play days but the deciding factor was when I said that when we do occasionaly have the odd week of sunshine I want to pull the caravan with the series. Straight away he said 3 leaf rears. I was told that with 2 leaf rears and a heavy tow load could over stress the 2 leafs and take then beond the point of no return. I got the ES9000 shocks (metal sleved rather than rubber gaitor), 2 leaf front, 3 leaf rear and the kit came with all the bushes u bolts nuts ect. Do a search on here under Rocky Mountain (I posted it with pics)

Just to add... I would not recomend you buy any leafs advertised as grey parabolics these usually come as a kit with es3000 procomps (Procomps are fine) but if you do another search under grey parabolics you will see a lot of unhappy customers including myself that have either had a refund or battled to get a refund because the paras just give up after 1000miles or foul the chassis as soon as they are fitted.
