She is a beauty but I’m thinking of doing some touching up as there is a few stone chips on the alloy panels - see image....what’s the best way to prep these panels as presumably I can’t just paint on top of the corroded alloy?

Will the etch prime blend in with the original paint? I read that it will react with the paint
I'm no painting expert, but I'm sure it will be fine.

It really depends on a lot of things. I have fully resprayed my 110 csw last year. I didn’t have any issues with any paint reacting apart from the underseat storage box covers, and an area of the bonnet. I didn’t do anything different on them two pieces of metal to what I have done on any of their piece, but they reacted.
They were both rubbed down and resprayed, the bonnet was fine, drives side storage box cover still reacted. No idea why, but I have left it for now.

You have to first understand why the aluminum is reacting, it's not corrosion its a reaction, your doors are reacting because the aluminum is in contact with the steel door frames, I bet the frames are rusty? Have a feel underneath the doors, painting it won't fix this, you can rub it down until the cows come home, it will just come back.
