Andy here from P38Spares, just to clarify, the order was placed on Sat 03/07/10 , paypal did not send us an email notification, the customer contacted us by email the following Thursday 08/07/10 asking us to clarify if the parts had been sent, the next day before we had a chance to sort out the problem the customer had raised a complaint via paypal and the funds were refunded. We are a small company and try to resolve any problems as soon as we are made aware of them, we dont feel that this customer gave us a chance to sort out his issue, I am sorry for that but feel that we do deliver a good and personal service to our customers. Our telphone numbers are listed on the website and each advert as well as my own personal mobile telephone which I have sorted out questions etc after hours on many occasions.
