Just been removing a bracket from the passenger side footwell of my ex police P38. While i had the trim off i noticed somthing tucked under the seat frame....An airbag!

I am assuming the car has had the seats changed for non airbag versions at some point and the airbag removed from the old ones and plugged back in to prevent a fault code. I assume this isnt very safe. Any ideas what can be done to remove them safely without getting codes?

Yep, I can do you some gadgets that will allow you to remove the airbags. J the range will vouch that they are effective
