Where did you get the radio and code from, was it always yours? or someone sold/gave it to you? and.... its a land rover why did you expect it to work???I have original radio with code but having just finished fitting new battery the radio will not accept code. It is lit up code but when I press button 1 to input first number of code nothing happens code just stays on the display . Anyone got any ideas , thanks Paul
I take it the code starts with 1.I have original radio with code but having just finished fitting new battery the radio will not accept code. It is lit up code but when I press button 1 to input first number of code nothing happens code just stays on the display . Anyone got any ideas , thanks Paul
I stand corrected Pete, mine you just have the enter code message, put the code in and hey presto, bleeding eardrums. HK have a lot to answer for.Depends on what head unit is fitted. If it's like this, then nothing appears in the display until you press the Up-Down buttons, after pressing number one first.

Code was on my original paperwork and I have used it many times over the yearsWhere did you get the radio and code from, was it always yours? or someone sold/gave it to you? and.... its a land rover why did you expect it to work???
Ok so you know for 100% that its the correct code (that was my point)Code was on my original paperwork and I have used it many times over the years
Yes that is the exact head unit , but when I press 1 it still says code and if I try to input numbers nothing happens. This has never happened before , normally I press 1 then using up and down buttons select code , then 1 again and so on . But it is not letting me .Depends on what head unit is fitted. If it's like this, then nothing appears in the display until you press the Up-Down buttons, after pressing number one first.
