Hi there, normally post on the disco side but a friend of mine has asked me a question to which I am hoping someone can help me with.
He has a 1996 'N' reg 4.6 HSE Range Rover in metallic black, taxed and MOTed till November,Approx 120k miles, full heated leather and all usual HSE spec. The air con pump has seized ? and belt ripped off whilst on his drive. Also air suspension intermitent fault. He just wants to drop it as is and wondered what its worth. He was thinking of asking for 2k for it .Any guide would be appreciated. Many thanks for taking time to view and hopefully respond, Kev

I'd say get it fixed and ask approx just over £5K making sure you get the work carried out at an independent garage rather than rip off official dealers.

I cant see anyone buying it with the problems you mention without knocking him down even further to be honest.

They are very desirable cars, but must at least be working to command the price I mentioned.

Hi There
It Will Be Much Better To Fix The Problems Before Exposing It For Sale ..or The Price Will Be Too Low .
Regards .
