I was wondering if any of you have come across the problem where one of the doors (in my case the front passenger one) does not lock when the central locking is locked.
It can be locked/unlocked manually (button on the door), but I'm not sure what I should be checking to to see if I can correct the fault.
I assume I need to remove the door panel to check the wiring inside, but would appreciated any hints or tips on this.

Thanks

I had the same problem, in my case it was a broken door locking motor 'thing' (i say thing because i cant remember the exact part name). It was approx £150ish to replace...

Thanks for the reply, anyone changed one themselves and know how difficult/long it takes ?

Interestingly and perhaps obviously enough the door not locking cause the battery to drain as the alarm keeps waking up.

Guess it needs to get fixed.

Had exactly the same problem with mine. Started off with a whirring noise until it finally refused to lock.
Took the lock out of the door, it is held in with torque screws. You can take it to bits, but be very careful, there's an electric motor and some gearing inside. The grease dries up on the gears and makes it hard for the motor to move. I cleaned it all out with WD40 and put some very thin (runny) grease in it and then re-assembled it. No problem since. It was also causing problems with the alarm and showing a mis-lock on the dash. All good fun eh?!
Happy greasing!!
