When I started the car the other night there was a burning smell inside the car then all the instrument lights went dim. The only lights that stayed on were the ones on the LCD on the HEVAC unit. The next day everything was fine less for all the individual lights on the HEVAC unit such as heated seats and air direction buttons etc (which aren't now working but the LCD and the fan etc work fine).

Does anyone out there have an idea what the problem could be, or is it a case of a new HEVAC unit or just replace the bulbs. Also, can anyone tell me if theres anywhere that re-conditions HEVAC units (as a last resort)? andy243
