i have a 1996 4.0se , with 19" wheels on .

the ride is very harsh on all but the smoothest roads .

even with standard 16" wheels i get a clunk front and rear when i go over a speedbump at anything over 10mph .

even on expansion joints in the concrete motorways i get a clunk !!

its like a car with sports suspension fitted ,

im thinking bushes or shocks ?

any ideas where i should start looking ?

Tyre pressures too high ......?

mmmm ....

i had to go elsewhere to buy spigot rings , as the wheel/tyre "experts" didnt know about thenm when i upgraded !!!

guess the maybe got the pressures wrong too .
what should they be at on 19" ??

the rattling seems to be worse if i use the button and set the ridehieght to lowered/speed setting .....
