I haven't been able to find this out from my old brochures - was the full wood centre console trim (all the way around the heater, radio, clock and up to and around the light switch) factory-fitted to all 2000-onwards Vogues, or could it appear in lowlier versions too?

I've seen pictures of some cars (not Autobiography or special editions) fitted with it and some not. It's in the usual burr walnut finish but doesn't have the Autobiography script when there's no sat nav (so presumably not from a Vogue).

could be the cheap stick on jobs or people buying it second hand and fitting it to low level p38's.

I think I'm correct in saying that all the P38 Vogues have the full Autobiography-style wood console (and sat-nav).

My question really is were any of the non-Autobiography/special edition 2000-2002 cars without sat-nav fitted with similar full wooden console trim?

Mine is a 2001 DHSE and it doesn't have the full wood treatment - thankfully!

Ch**st!!! I would have bought a Vogue if I'd known you got one of those with it.
