Hi Folks, I’m flummoxed!

  • Lowered to access hight
  • With all doors & tailgate closed, pressed the height control rocker switch to return to standard height, light flashes, yet car does not lift.
  • No dash warnings.
  • Checked fuses #24(5A) and #29(10A) under drivers seat, plus those in the engine compartment: #’s 24, 35 and 44 and the 1 relay, (#20), by swapping it with #4.
  • Pump working.
  • EAS software stated: pump not work/no air/valve 1,2,3&4 not working (Software can treport false errors).
  • Renewed relay & timer unit under front passenger seat.
  • Replaced entire air-block unit with one known to be working.
  • Manually inflated air bags all held pressure.
  • Compressed air storage tank holds pressure.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I'll bet the pump isn't pumping. Remove the connector, if it can blow past your finger then it's ok. Otherwise will need new seals

Thanks for getting back so quickly; much appreciated as this is my daily drive and at 35MPH it ain’t no fun!

Yes, pump running efficiently as it was the entire valve block assembly I replaced with one I know was working.
