Any body know where I will get repair panels for rear wings O/S

Is it badly damaged or rusty?
Can it be pulled out and filled maybe? One option would be to cut one off a scrapper, complete or partial.

About 3" below the petrol hatch the very bottom is ok I can put that back on it's not good .
