My coolant level keeps dropping on long journeys because i've notcied it's coming out from the seal between the water pump and head. I need to get in and change that gasket and i'd be really grateful if anyone could tell me what tools and kit i need top start the job - as i will have to make sure i have all of them before i pull the engine apart.
Would really appreciate any advice as i need to sort this this weekend, plus where can i get the gaskets quickly? i'm in North Sheffield? Will i have to pull apart lots of other stuff which would need new gaskets.
Do i use proper made gaskets or use a special viscous type sealant from a tube.
