my 1999 1.8 freelander seem to be over fueling at tick over and as you rev up it splutter's until it cuts out, has anybody got an answer besides the gallon of petrol and matches

if ya dont like the matches and petrol remark ............
ask some local pikeys to nick it and burn it out for ya !!!!!!!!
