Depends which ones. On my TD5 model the output shafts where the propshafts join the transfer case can be removed and bearings and seals changed with the transmission in situ. I doubt if things have changed much since they changed to the Puma. If it's the output shaft of the primary gearbox to the transfer case, you'll need to dismantle the MT82 gearbox to get the shafts out.
 
On the MT82 output shaft is separate from main shaft. Have a look at Ashcroft transmissions for details.
 
Given the problems with outputs of LT77 and R380 box's it is a bad job the MT82 adaption suffered the same problem.:(
