Hi, at the minute I've got event ml698 ats fitted to my freelander and as ive described I'm my previous thread I've had a terrible vibration that travels through the prop and against the body of the car. I tried it with different wheels earlier and the problem went. So was thinking about buying a set of infinity ins 200 ats to try. Was wondering if anyone has had trouble with them before as I don't really want a road biased tire. Or should I go for something else? Thanks

Never heard of them.

Event ML698 are remoulds that use the old BFGoodrich tread pattern. I have heard bad things from other about the quality of Event tyres.

On my Freelander and my Pickup I have Insa Turbo Rangers, which are also remoulds and the same BFG tread pattern - Zero problems for me, although they can take a fair bit of balancing weights.

The events are causing a horrible vibration through the transmission, it shakes through the prop and against the underside of the car where the vcu is bolted to underside of the car.

Other than that they have been a brilliant tyre

Lots of grip in all weathers even with the prop removed.

I've read good things about the infinity tyres and hopefully they will stop the vibration. I don't mind road noise as soon get used to it but the vibration is horrible
