Can anybody recommend any good site that can you supply good quality and cost effective Defenders parts and customisation bits.

Paddock Motors, John Craddock, any number of them. Google search is your friend.

Thanks for the reply, I have already looked at those 2 and they seem very comparable, I think I prefer Paddock motor as i prefer their site, I just wanted to check that they had a good reputation.

I prefer LRDirect at least then you have a simple menu to choose which supplier you get the parts from.
Other than that , it is a simple google / ebay and choose the one that suits part quality and money.

I have been dealing with them, and most of the others, for decades. Always found them pretty good.

My favoured option would be to see if you can find a local LR parts independent, where you can deal over the counter.
It is hard to improve on personal contact with your parts man. But the online ones are fine too.

fast delivery aswell. I either use my local motor factor or LRDIRECT

LRdirect for me ( when I can’t be arsed to pop to my local ). You’ll need the part number of what you’re looking for though.
