I have just fitted these to my 109 SW. They are pretty good as long as you seams are in good condition.

They only go down to the floor.
One drop should be slightly longer than the other. This is the front drop.
Lift into position and tap the top corners in first. Get them comfy and push home the top length between the corners. Work down from each corner taking care around the body hump. The striker plate may need moving out of the way. Once you reach the bottom they may need trimming to the existing bottom seal.
Having said all that I didn’t get mine from Paddocks but I presume they are the same.

If it is a push fit like the one I fitted you may need to grind off the small lip on the existing door surround so the seal will push on.
 
I would be interested in photos of this when it turns up .. i was just thinking of doing this too as i have an annoying drip from the passenger side ...
 
You may also find the striker plate needs adjusting in a bit so the door closes tighter.
This usually means a good slam to close properly so the door will lock. This is because of the tight turn round the body hump. The seal can pinch a little and needs the extra compression to stop the wind blowing in.
 
A close up of the paddocks one looks like it may need glueing or riveting on as the original. The one I used was the neoprene tube type with a side ‘knock on’ strip attached very much like a modern car.
I can’t fault it.

Simon I fitted the Britpart 'one piece seals' yesterday and was pretty impressed on the whole. Fitted very nicely, you just need to trim around the door catch and windscreen hinge bit which was easy. My only concern is that they are not moulded to fit around the 'barrel sides' but rely on their flexibility, so there is a small crinkle that I fear may drip. I hope I don't end up buying the multi part seal kit but based on the quality of the 'one piece ones' (which is good) I would probably go for the Britpart seal kit and save myself £25 on each one...
