The Disco thats getting a makeover in my Garage had a pair of Mud Plugga tyres by Olympic on the back (Remoulds). It says on the tyre made in Wales. I tried them on my series in the Snow over the past few weeks they were excellent. Does anyone know where they are made. Where can I get another pair from. They are 750-16's and my snow chains fit on them. I would be grateful to anyone who can help me source at least another pair.

if you find anything out let me know i would like a set of new tyres yella disco might be the one to ask

olympic tyres are a remould company based in bramshall, uttoxeter. they must outsource manufacturing to someone in wales. the mud plugga is an old goodyear pattern. i recon you might get some from bronco if you ask them to order in for you or try a local tyre firm. smaller tyre firms are more helpful ;)

on bramshall industrail estate. come out of uttox on the stafford road and there is a right turn at the top of a hill(i know its a bit vague) go down there, over hump backed bridge to t-junction, turn left, follow road and bramshall ind est is on your left. ;)

i know where it is cheers been trying get in the mitch the last few weeks keep getting kicked out

no still makin tyres there but not as many i have been doing some work on there but cant find where they keep the mud tyres seen so of there new stuff i said i would test it for them

mich tyres have too hard a compound, they have always been designed to do loads of miles but they break up in the rough stuff

i have heard that befor the only other good tyre place is bronco around here but i dont get on with the tosser there

hows you anyway mate, seems a bit quiet on here tonight considering the amount of members that are on ;)

I have a set of 4 that have only done about 300 miles, as new, that I am about to sell. In fact I found this post only because I was trying to find where and for how much they are available on the web, using Google. Contact me if you still have an interest in acquiring a set.
