Spartak96 Member Mar 20, 2015 #1 Just done an oil change on my RR 2003. I put into it: Fully Synthetic Low Saps Triple QX 10w-40. Can anyone tell me if this is ok. I did some research on it beforehand but would like the forums view. The car is on 145000 miles.

Datatek Well-Known Member Mar 20, 2015 #2 If it meets the spec in the owners manual, it will be fine. I use 5W40 synthetic in my P38 diesel which has done 118,000 miles.
