How often should i oil service my defender 90 sx

I do mostly urban driving. around 10000 miles a year.

Also, is a land rover specialist/dealer the best place to have it serviced?

Dealer will charge a fortune

Easy to do yourself, or if you don't want to, find a local independent garage - no specialist knowledge needed so anywhere could do it
