Hello all Newbie here and 1st Land Rover, and already asking for advice please!!
I have a 03 Disco Auto with 120 k and have only had it for a few weeks, my plan this weekend is to deal with one of the oil leaks. Which after using a snake camera looks like it maybe coming from the Oil cooler Banjo Bolt, is this possible?. My second question, if the oil can leak from the O' Ring on the Banjo can it be replaced or is it (frightened to ask) the whole Oil Cooler that needs replacing? TIA

Should be two copper washers, or two o rings, one each side of banjo fittings, copper goes hard after a while, they can be annealed (softened) and reused, or replaced

Copper washers, cheap as chips, go to the main dealer and ask for them
What!
Get the gas torch out and heat the old copper washers to cherry red, hold them at that stage for brief moment and then let them cool naturally.
They call it annealing and it saves chips.

Sorry meant to ask last night, once I get to the Oil Cooler is it just a case of removing the Banjo Bolts and replacing washers? Have got a diagram but not that clear! TIA.
