I looked under my P38 this morning and discovred a lot of oil covering my sump pan. There was also a drip at the rear of the motor where the bell housing connects. I'm thinking rear main seal. Has anyone replaced this seal and is the job too much for one person?

Is it a V8? if so then i reckon its from the valley gasket end seals, rear main very rarely fails.
