Hi. I have a range rover P38 2.5 DSE 1996. I will change oil and filter but i dont know what viscosity i have to use (10/40 5/40 10/30?????) and mineral or synthetic oil????. Ho is the right oil for this diesel engine. Another thing that i dont know is, when i have to change differential oil??? I have 190000 km on that. I dont have service books to check viscosity and kind of oil, i mean mineral or synthetic. Thnx

15W40 turbo diesel oil I use on my 200TDI.

But a DSE: I'd splash out on something similar in semi-synthetic.

Diff oil: EP90 is bog standard and whenever you think is best, but 190,000km would be a definate YES! get it changed! shouldn't be a hard job.
