the topp of my off side door pillar where hinges go is rotten through now do i replace the whole thing which seems a fag or just the top bit which i can cut out of a new land rover pillar!! what does replacing the whole thing envolve>>??

I just got some sheet steel, made up some patches and welded them in.
once inplace i skimed over the top with P38 isopon and then repainted.

The bits i have done are solid and invisibul.
Ps
I took off my door and wing.

You can buy the bit for £10 see link, be a lot neater than knocking up youre own
