Well... I have just moved to the Land of Clog and I plan to start some racing there once I have finished all the jobs on my motor. Anyone else in Holland who goes off-roading?

Does anyone know where I can go to find technical regulations so I can make any changes necessary to my vehicle? I found a few sites (emailed them but no reply so far) but I can't find anything online about tech regs.

Will they be under FIA rules or something? No experience of them... only MSA.
