I dont know if this is anyones cup of tea here, but thought I would put it out there, just in case. Due to various issues (none to do with the car!) I now have to sell up. I am a fully qualified Land Rover technician, and I have done all the work to this car myself

I bought this car about 4 months ago, with the intention of keeping it as an off-road toy. With this is mind, the car has been treated to a 2" suspension lift, a big, chunky set of M/T mud tyres, a new cat back exhaust (with a custom made rear silencer to provide better ground clearance), a full set of camber bolts, and a full 4 wheel laser alignment. The mudflaps have also been removed. All this translates into approx 3-4 inches of increased ground clearance, which is more than a 200/300TDi Discovery or Defender 90!
The car does currently have a towbar that I started to remove, but had to abandon that for another day.

In addition to this, the rear suspension has been completely re-bushed, the steering rack has been modified to provide better front axle articulation, has had a new set of propshaft bearings, new rear brake shoes and drums, new front brake pads, and various bits and pieces for its MOT

As you would expect, it passed first time, and with no advisories

The 4 wheel drive system has been fully tested, and has absolutely no issues at all.
All the electrics work as they should, the car has no issues at all. The cylinder head gasket has been recently replaced (not by myself, I should add), and does not use any coolant at all, and definately does not overheat. I also have a spare radiator cooling fan I have been planning to fit to provide extra cooling when off-roading. This will be included in the sale, if I do not have a chance to fit it. The wiring is all there, it just needs fitted

I would love to tell you how good it is off-road, but due to work and family commitments, I have not had the chance to have a play with it yet, other than on a grassy field...

The car will also come with a set of 15" alloy wheels, with a nearly new set of A/T All Terrain tyres. Just done 250 miles with it yesterday, temp gauge sat steady at just under half way, and used no coolant. Proof that you can have a reliable K-Series ;)

Any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. More pictures available on request.
