Hi would appreciate some advise. I've got a 1995 P38 V8 with a 4.6 petrol engine.
It been running a little rough so put the nanocom unit on to take a look.
Reading the faults I get.
P0138 ‐ Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage, downstream sensor bank A
I used the live data to view what was happening and on a short journey (Idleing and under load) I could see bank b O2 values changing between 0 - 46 as load charged. However the bank a value remained constant on 0.02.
Other values such as short and long term trim remained constant and the same on both banks.

You can tell I'm only a DIY mechanic and this data doesn't mean that much to me other than suggesting that the bank a lambda sensor is stuffed.
Is that right?
Can it be cleaned to fix it or once gone it's gone?
If I have to replace do I have to change both sides?

Any help would be greatfully received.

Dave
