Something to note is, if you noticed the cutouts in the ends of the pipes, they have to engage on locators in the matrix to orientate the pipes. The pipes may need twisting to fully engage them, if they are sitting on top of their location pegs, no amount of tightening of the screw will seal the O'rings. :):)
 
Now I know why I have a hole in the side of mine. Looks like mine have already been done. But give him his due, not easy holding a camera and working.
 
Quick question, I noticed the battery was connected as the footwell light was on. The airbag loom was removed from instrument cluster and the air bag dud not fire. I need to remove my cluster and was advised to disconnect battery in case airbag detonates or is it safe to do with ignition switched off. Last thing I want us an air bag going off on me.

You can but why risk it its not a problem taking of a battery .
 
I tried doing my O rings. Bloody screw won't move. Looks like I'll betaking the dash out :eek:
 
Hammer & chisel mate, usually works. I bottled it with mine and went to London Range Rover independent, their the dog's bollox, cost me just over £200 inc fitting of new hevac bulbs. They done an excellent job.
