After changing tbe fuel filter on my 2001 freelander td4 it won't start
turn the key and it offers but won't start
any one with any suggestions

You have air in the fuel system that needs removing. I've no idea how you do that on a freelanderers but it will be quite simple.

hi its a self priming system...i think you simply turn ignition on....wait ten seconds..turn it off..then on wait ten secs...do this 4 times..do not not crank engine then on fifth time crank till it starts

Have you connected the plug on the fuel pump
