It’s a long story but I was given a 98 Discovery by my lawyer (so I paid plenty for it) he said the brakes are locked up I wish someone would haul it off. So I put a battery fresh fuel and some air in the tires and drive it out of the barn, yep passenger wheel was locked up so I put a master cylinder on and drive it home. Fought that wheel locking up til I put a new booster on it and fought it more til I adjusted said booster.
#2 came a month later when I was helping a friend move us saw a Black car looked like mine on the side in the road with a sticker on it saying the city was about to tow it. I saw the address on a letter and walked up to the door and asked what they were doing with it. The young man said I wish someone would all it off, so air fuel and battery and drive it home. More to the story but I’m sure your sick of it already. I Drive the green one 1998 LSE Woodcote with 76k and I’m stealing parts off the 1998 LSE Beluga with 171k. Parts for sale I guess. I have fallen in love with my green money pit and feel so sorry for the black one. I appreciate this site for its helpfulness.
