Such a great weekend, great company, fantastic lanes and just the best weather!!

Got a few videos of it, mostly not the good spots 'cos it's the first time i used this camera and only had a couple of 2g SD cards, and kept forgetting to record! Youtubes taking a while so I'll edit as they upload ..

Because the one at 10 seconds in is just asking for trouble.. When its that wet you should have moved on.. It looks great but its rutting the **** out of it...

As for 52 seconds in... FFS MAN ! yes its your right but come on help us out in keeping them open.

Some of the later ones look fine.. I hate to be an arse over it but you know what happens when the next non 4x4 er comes across your tracks.

Nope, you're wrong, so maybe you're being an arse too .. yes there's mud there and what look to be ruts, but it's a shale/flint base and the mud is just on top, squeezed out a bit, there are no 'real' ruts as such. What's there won't get any deeper ..

and thats why they will be closed...The one around a minute is ****e.... Some of the others yes as I said they look fine but when your diff is dragging its rutting.

Did you read what I said? They aren't ruts as such, there's no body to them, what you see is waterlogged mud, squeezed out because the tyres at the points you say are running on shale or flint .. the ruts will only get deeper by adding more soil or ****e to the lane, they won't get deeper by the passage of 4x4's or other vehicles. Where are the diffs dragging?

Cheers .. ;)

Sundays are being done at the moment. They'll be posted later.

I wouldnt bother Paul, there was a puddle on one lane, you will get slated for driving on them.
Just to point out that lane was over grown in most of its length and would be avoided by most laners because of the damage caused to paint and body work. it wouldnt have been passable by anyone on foot due to being overgrown, the lane was very firm to solid with a large covering of mulch.
these lanes need driving to keep them open for all users

Cheers TC, I'll still put 'em up .. some people might enjoy them!

I do .. ;)
