Can anyone help,
mi dico's doin mi ed in,
got a noise makes mi landy sound like a traction engine.
when i start her up it sounds sort of like ch ch ch ch ch ch ch ch ch.
she drives fine no loss of power just this dam noise.
checked out the injectors today all ok
and ajusted all mi valve settings.
still the same.
someone said head gasket but i got no oil in water no water in oil and no steam from exhaust.
pleassssssssssse help.

Get a hose stick it in yer ear and track the noise down, like a stepfascope, easy peasy.
 
it may sound like a transit. But its much better :) our 200 sounds the same so i wouldnt worry, so does all others i've seen, disco or deepender or RRC ones
 
Was it Oscar Wilde who said summat about living with testosterone was the equivalent of spending your life chained to a sex maniac?
 
Just passin that point in life mesself, just waitin for to do the late feed (with a not bad bottle of me own to contend with!!) :D:D
 
Allways works, allways keep some around if the belt gets wet or when a new belt is to smooth they squeel like f""", so give them some talc and the belt grips and noise goes away...

Fook knows but I woz cuttin trees smornin and whacked me shin, un at the minute one of me dogs is lickin me sore leg. Ah asked the wife to take over un she told me to fookorf un went orf ta bed.

Is that what yer mean.

Yep fink I will do the same, but me boy has seconded the telly fur the golf, un me daughter has told me af ter go te bed cause she wants to watch big brover next.

Totally bullied, ah where have the years gone when ah cud tell em ter fook orf at 9.
