Hi does anyone know why my freelander has a slight squeak/rattle in the passenger side footwell it sounds like it's outside the car around the wheel arch only on certain bumps and not all the time. It's baffling me to say the least.

It's most likely that the large suspension bush has split. This bush is bolted to the front sub-frame mount, which is below the foot well.
