I have just noticed that neither my reverse or rear fog light are working.
My 90 has had a new rear cross member and looks like the wiring has been connected up incorrectly as when I put it in reverse I get the fog light warning lamp light up on the dash. Where are these connected and can anybody tell me which wires I need to reconnect?? Could prob get it with trial and error but lack of time and dark nights!!!

Red /Yellow = fog light
Green/Brown = reverse light
Both connected to the black earth cable by a multi connector thingy.

you will probably also find that the bulb holders have disintegrated, they are ****e. You can repair them with some careful bending of the contacts and some emery paper, but they are still ****e.

IF you are as tight fisted as me, you will soon become a pro at fixing them once a year when the MOT comes up.

That said, a reverse light is NOT required or testable. only the fog is.
