Evening all!

I pulled over the other night and switched on my hazard warning lights - they flashed away fine for 5 minutes then stopped working - Then there was no indicators either - everything else fine.

I changed the 10amp and 15amp fuse today under the steering wheel (puma) and when I tried the lights they never came on and both fuses blew again instantly.

Any thoughts on what the problem is or what to do next?

Not certain about the Puma wiring, but on older Landies the hazards and indicators are routed via the hazard switch. Probably worth pulling it out and having a look for a short circuit. If nothing is obvious, unplug the switch and see if the fuse blows again when you try the indicators.
