Morning all, while changing my hoses this morning I discovered a tiny leak on the Intake Manifold to Plenum De-Icer hose. I removed the clip and with a slight tug, i removed the hose.
Here's the problem...
Im guessing The nipple was cracked and when I pulled the hose off, the nipple broke off in the hose!

Do I have to replace the manifold or can I flare or add a splicer to it?

Bypass the de-icer completely ....
Take a length of hose from the manifold straight back to the expansion tank. Unless your talking about the nipple on the inlet manifold area???
