Anyone here going tomorrow and what are you after? As usual, I'm not after anything particular but will definitely come back with a mix of stuff I do need and stuff I don't!

I'll be heading a raiding party, much like you I'm going to be coming home with loads of wonderful junk that I don't need o_O

Was thinking of taking stuff to sell but don't know if I've got enough to warrant sitting in a field all day :p

Rich.

Anyone going tomorrow and what’s on your wish list? I’m wishing it’s going to stay dry !
I am going if it stays dry :) I want some rear bench seats for the 90 and I will probably pick up a 3/4" socket set just because I have 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 already

weather was good, shame that it seemed to be quiet there though:(
wombled around a few times, bought new MOD sidelight / indicator & foglamp lenses for the mrs's ffw, had a pair of scruffy front wings for £15 (straighter than the ones on the squaddie-charriot though:p) and some genuine exhaust sections for around a fiver a piece:cool:
best find? an un-broken hazard switch mount plate (plastic) for the ninety, cost a quid:)

didn't see much D1 (200 series) parts thougho_O are they rare now or was the previous weather responsible for sellers staying away?

Rich.

Were definitely fewer sellers there this time, Spring sale is normally busier though. I didn’t get anything for the Landy, a few decent hand tools were had though, including a solid cantilever tool box for a fiver which I left with the seller and then forgot to pick up. Oops.

I got myself a nice shiny new winch rope to replace the kinked and frayed wire one currently fitted and a couple of other things, and a friend picked up an overdrive and windscreen bracket for his 86".
I felt there were an awful lot of the somewhat limited stall selling what was effectively pieces of rust though, there was not the varied selection, or quality there has been previously. A lot of the sellers have pushed their prices up as well, several times i asked after something and put an offer in only to get the response "I'll get more than that on ebay", to which my answer was if you want that much I will buy one off ebay!

Bargain of the day was a very rusty snail shell heater fan housing which I do not need, but which included solid mounting brackets and the original resistor, both of which I do need. all for the princely sum of £1.

Every time I go I come back with some real bargains
This time was no different
Exhaust down pipe no rust £1
Defender Koni adjustable shocks all most new £3
Series chrome swivel ball like new £5
Good Turbo with manifolds £20
And so on
