Hi all
Just bought a disco 2 ES 2002 as a dealer px. Still getting to know her but I've got several issues. I want to use it primarily for towing, upto the maximum weight(and beyond!) however I've just found out that it has had the air suspension removed and coils fitted. They have done a good job as he warning lights dont come on indicating a fault (yes the bulb is still in place) however I feel that the ride wallows somewhat at the rear. So I'm thinking I should fit updated coils and shocks at the rear? The question is, do standard coils fit or are specials fitted in the conversion kit? Before anyone says anything about returning to air, I don't really want to plough up the tarmac with the tow hitch on a failure and have to recover 2 tonnes of landy and 3.5 tonnes of trailer and logs!

I like your style.

Depends what kit they fitted originally? Do you have any receipts in paperwork?

Personally I removed all 4 airsprings and cobbled together a coil conversion. My rear is lifted slightly higher than the front to aid in on road handling.
