Welcome. Proper landys . Do you use the S1 much?
Hi John
Thanks for the welcome. The Series One is really my wife's and she uses it a lot in fine weather. These days it is not he best vehicle to use when it is wet with the old tyres and dodgy windscreen wipers, that is why we have the other one. The shame is that they have gone from being worth £500 a few years ago to silly money today and you feel you cannot park it and leave it. No locks just canvas flaps, but it has got the original factory hard top.

Yes I can appreciate the security risks depending on where you are. It's put my off putting a canvass tilt on my S3.

Welcome Brian,

Piccies, got any piccies we like piccies.

TBH, I do not think it makes a lot of difference to the light fingered ones. Mine is a full tilt that for most of the year does not have the sides down or even has no tilt fitted.
Just make sure to use the Disclok when left.

Cheers

Hi. As it is cats and dogs at the moment, I will take some on the next fine day. We use a steering lock,Stoplock, when out and a security post raised and locked when at home. There is only so much you can do without spoiling my other half's enjoyment. Good insurance with agreed value is a must.

Welcome aboard :)

Like the sound of the Series One - and pleased it's your wife's vehicle too  - I reckon a tracker on that would be a good idea ;)

Another "vote" for some piccies please :D
