Hi all,

Well after a three RR in the past I'm back to the LR fold with a 2014 Discovery HSE which looks great in Firenze Red. It has a full LR history and has just crossed 69,000 miles.

Anyway I have a few quick question if that's okay?

1. The car does seem to rock side to side a bit a times and I wonder if this is just how they are or is something amiss? The air suspension goes up and down equally/level and seems fine.

2. The ride in a straight line over potholes is a little crashy occasionally and I'm wondering if this is just due to the low profile tyres?

3. It will be due new tyres soonish and is currently running Pirelli Scorpions on the 20" wheels. What is the prefered choice for mostly road use?

The car did come with a tow hook and I wonder if it's been used to tow horse boxes or similar and if so whether that would be the reason for 1 and 2 above?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated?

No, not something I’ve noticed.

Thanks, I do wonder if it's me as our other cars are a Porsche 911 and Nissan GT-R so the Disco is clearly very different to those.

It just seems to rock left and right a bit more than I think it should around slow corners or uneven road. My last 4x4 was a 2016 Range Rover 4.4SDV8 but wonder if that was more firmly sprung than the Disco.
