just saying hello, just joined forum today. I have a 1998 P38 4.0 SE Auto with 72K on the clock which I bought a couple of years ago. Was a second vehicle and something to tinker with. Picked the right one ok as had to do a few bits & pieces so far, with more to do;
just saying hello, just joined forum today. I have a 1998 P38 4.0 SE Auto with 72K on the clock which I bought a couple of years ago. Was a second vehicle and something to tinker with. Picked the right one ok as had to do a few bits & pieces so far, with more to do;
- Pressure cap
- Thermostat
- Radiator - which solved overheating problem!
- New discs & pads all round - for MOT
- New brake pipes - for MOT
- Replaced diff seal
- New BFG's all round
- New power steering box (took 3 to get a reconditioned one that was OK
- New air springs in the front
- Rear air springs - now leaking!
- EAS needing soft fault cleared
