So - having longed for another Land Rover ever since my Lightweight 24 volt twin tank exploits of the 90's, I have just acquired my first RR - a TD6 of the 2003 vintage - acquired in January. Part exchanged for a Q7 - don't ask!

Done the usuals - ERG blanked, crankcase filter, front suspension, rear discs, Witter.
Do I really need to lug the extra 50 kilos of chrome side bars around? Not off-roading.
Snow tires before winter - probably Nokian WR SUV 3.
However - now rumblings from beneath (TC + GB) which I shall request some help with in the relevant section, hopefully before they pack up.
But if anyone knows a decent RR garage, not a stealership, between Pau and Bordeaux, then please let me know. I'm looking for someone who knows a lot more than I do about the L322, who will charge a reasonable price. Are the guys in Pau any good? They look it but any recommendation would be great. Thanks!
