i have recently bought myself a k reg 200 tdi manual. after giving it a full service it still seems slugish i have been told that the pump needs advancing as it bogs down and has got no zoom. it has come with bf goodrich at tyres and a new gearbox and recon transfer box so i assume all is good it drives nive too with only 94k on the clock. any advice with regards to the fuel and zoom would be great

remove the egr valve, and de cat it should improve it aswell as a better air filter

i have been told that 300 tdis have the egr and not the 200tdi does anyone have a pic of a 200tdi as i suspect it might have had an engine change

its just had a new oem airfilter and thats helping the turbo what others can be recommended as i know aftermarket filters on petrol engine gives them less bottom end?

induction kits tend to reduce low end torque but not replacement elements, K&N are the most robust but pipercross give the best airflow but are only made from foam so are fragile.

as for the egr valve i cant help with that
 
have been looking around for someone to look at my fuel pump as i have read somewere that there are some adjustments you can do
