Hi,
I've just joined the forum having found it a great place for help. So figured I best try to give back too.

I'm an L322 owner (giving her some TLC in that Heath Robinson DIY kind of way) but drive all sorts of other LRs from old 90/110 upwards (on and off road). So I'm always tinkering.

Current project:
- replacing running boards on L322 (one for one swap of old damaged ones for new ones. Current hiccup...four sheared bolts!)
Recent work:
- Getting in when battery flat (soln: driver side indicator wiring… clipped on 12v motorcycle battery. Ta dah… central locking back in action. 10 mins job - then could open bonnet and swap out battery)
- replace cracked front fog light
- replaced left tailgate cable
- upgraded tailgate rubber switch cover (new one stops your thigh activating the switch while loading)
- dried out water in left tail light assembly

Future:
- upgrade key fob from old 3 button to flip style 5 button (use other two buttons to operate telestart… if this is even possible? Wish me luck) I'll post a thread if one isn't started already if it's viable) .
- replace sharkfin antenna (cracked from car park barrier… probable source of water ingress messing up the satnav (no reception) and bluetooth (keeps dropping during calls). Lots of water in wheel well. Rains a lot here!
- repair TPMS (sheared valve stem when metal dust cap fused solid)

Anyway that's more than enough for now.

All the best - Mallow1

Wow, next thing will be mud terrains an a snorkel, I always had a soft spot for the L322, very nice car.

Oooh, liking your train of thought. Sounds like I may have landed in the right place though what about stuff for the LR too! ? !
