Well I think it looks very nice.
You should be able to pick up a nice set of 18s or 16s on ebag for not very much - you'd probably even turn a profit selling the existing ones. Apparently 16s are better for off road, but I prefer the look of the 18s which is what I've got on mine. Tyres are important for offroading. I've got General Grabber AT2s on mine and they've been great for the offroading I've done (not got stuck yet) and are good on the road too.
I assume you've done all the usual checks before you take possession of it? If you're new to Rangeys then have a look through some of the previous posts on what to check for - some of the common faults can be very expensive to fix. Here's a good place to start Range Rover P38/4.0/4.6 Common Problems and Fixes

i like the wheels, but would be useless off road, does anybody know if that roof spoiler is a standard p38 part?
