Eyup. Just registered. I'm going to fit a new rear crankshaft oil seal. Its a 1954 rover p4 60 engine but down there just the same as the 2l ioc. Hear tell its a bit tricky. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks

reet me book dunt do yours, but the 2ltr is fairly straight forward, if you want a detailed write up yule have to wait till after me dinner.
in short drop bearing cap, hook oot the out seal and apply lots of lub to the new one, and slide it in ,refit cap ensuring you dint nip the seal.
there's a load of spurge about using moly poly di helium oxide to lub the thing but a good doosing in injun oil should do
