Thanks for the replies
First of all i'm crap at fixing cars I have got it the clutch slave cylinder out but can not install the new one.and i have a discovery 300tdi

Why carnt you install the new one its the reverse of removeing the old one. Sum more information would be helpfull

did you not take notice of how you took the old one off then?
