I bought my first Range Rover today! It’s a 2005 Range Rover sport.

As it’s older despite having a tv fitted, DVD player and PlayStation I’m assuming the tv tuner is analogue. Can anyone point me in the right direction of how this can be changed to work as the digital tv while preserving the DVD player and PlayStation ? Any kit etc I could buy on eBay to do it myself and how to do it ?

Welcome. Afraid I can't give you the answers, but can say, it has been discussed on here before. So there is/are a thread/s on it, somewhere. It can be done, and as far as I remember from the discussions , it's not a massive job. Good luck

Have a look on ffrr. Ok a sport isnt a full fat but same systems

Have a goooogle for PTV_digital interface for bmw, and something should pop up.
